Reference Material

Veeam has a strong presence in the Cloud. Many service providers around the globe use Veeam technologies to power their services, for IAAS data protection, managed backup services, disaster recovery and so on. Here are two great reference books on two of the most known Veeam technologies: Veeam Cloud Connect and Veeam Service Provider Console.

Veeam Cloud Connect

Veeam Cloud Connect (VCC) allows service providers to build their own Veeam-powered BaaS (Backup as a Service) and DRaaS (Disaster Recovery as a Service) offering, leveraging a technology built from the ground up to be multi-tenant and scalable. Veeam Cloud Connect removes the main hurdles that such services required in the past by implementing different design concepts in its architecture.

Veeam Availability Console
Veeam Availability Console (VAC) is a web-based management platform to operate services created using Veeam technologies. With it, providers can monitor, control and administer remote Veeam Backup & Replication (VBR) installations, Veeam Agents for Windows (VAW), and offer Veeam Cloud Connect services (both backup and replication). All of this, from a single console that is completely multi-tenant and easily accessible via a web interface by both the provider and its customers. It also offers chargeback/billing capabilities.
